2. Sign In with your email id and password.
3. Create your CV or Upload it from the CREATE CV link at the top.
4. Find the Job and go to job detail page.
5. At the bottom of Job Details you will find the options such as POST CREATED RESUME and POST UPLOADED RESUME.
6. Post your CV for the Job.
7. You can edit your CV or upload new CV anytime by clicking on EDIT CV link in the top menu bar.

EMPLOYER HELP:

1. Click on EMPLOYER REGISTRATION link at the top and create your account.
2. Sign In with your email id and password.
3. Click on POST JOBS link in the top menu bar.
4. Fill in the Job Posting form so as to post your job openings at instant-careers.com.
5. You can check resumes posted for your jobs by Clicking at the VIEW CVS FOR YOUR JOBS.
